  • Ages: Ages 18+
  • Duration: 2 hour, half day & full day options
  • Location: Downtown on Pebbly Beach Road
  • Required: Minimum height to participate is 5'2" (157 cm). Maximum weight to participate is 285 lbs (128 kg).
  • Accessibility: Each participant must be able to use bike on their own. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Restrictions: All participants must know how to ride a bike and hold a bike upright on their own. Pregnant guests cannot ride for their safety. Helmets are included in the rental and are required to be worn properly while biking. Please see additional restrictions below.

Loved this experience! I researched the best ways to explore Avalon, Catalina Island on a day trip. Catalina E-Bikes had great reviews, so I booked - and I’m so glad I did! Allison was amazing - she gave us a map, highlighted our route, and shared recommendations for lunch. She was SO nice! Her coworker did a great job clearly explaining how to use the bikes. They were really easy to use, and made getting up the hills super easy. We loved this whole experience - the e-bikes were a fun, convenient, and engaging way to explore Avalon and make great memories on our anniversary trip. I highly recommend it, and look forward to doing this again!

Such an easy process renting a couple of e-bikes for the afternoon! The employees that helped us were all friendly and the bikes were in great condition too. Reserve in advance during busier seasons just in case. We'll definitely be back again for our next Catalina trip!

I'm a regular on Catalina Island and each time I come to visit, I use these folks for my bike rentals. Their bikes are always fresh and impeccable, they provide maps for newcomers to the island, they always give clear instructions on how to use the bikes, and they are always gracious and forgiving if anything goes wrong. These folks have become a tradition of ours, and I would recommend reserving bikes in advance as the summer months can put pressure on their inventory.
