A 10% processing fee may apply when requesting a cancellation or change more than 72 hours prior to your activity time. Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled within 72 hours of the activity time because your space is guaranteed. In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Most activities take place rain or shine: Typically, activities run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.
